Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by Friday, March 20, 2020 to be reimbursed 75% of the registration fee. There will be no refunds given after March 20, 2020.
WARNING OF FRAUDULENT CCME COMMUNICATIONThere have been reported incidents of individuals receiving phone calls or emails from someone claiming they are from CCME, asking if they would like to book accommodation or travel for CCME. Do not give out any personal information to anyone regarding CCME payments, unless from a trusted source. Please note that CCME will only communicate through E-blasts and emails from the CCME team. If you think you have been contacted by someone who is not from the CCME team, please email [email protected]. |
