Your Registration Includes:

Full Conference Registration:

  • Access to the entire Official Conference Program, and all open Business Meetings and Special Events.
  • A downlaodable PDF copy of the Conference Final Program in the language of your choice.
  • Breakfast served Sunday April 14, Monday April 15 and Tuesday April 16
  • Hot buffet lunch on Sunday April 14, a cold lunch on Monday April 15 and a grab-and-go snack on Tuesday morning. 

Please note: If you are not attending the conference, but are attending meetings before or during the conference, you are still required to register for the conference. There are "day registrations" on the registration form for this very purpose.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat (Ola Ayoub, ccme@afmc.ca ) 75% of the registration fee is refundable for cancellation requests received by Friday, March 30, 2019. There will be no refunds after this date, however substitution is permitted.

WARNING OF FRAUDULENT CCME COMMUNICATION

There have been reported incidents of individuals receiving phone calls or emails from someone claiming they are from CCME, asking if they would like to book accommodation or travel for CCME. Do not give out any personal information to anyone regarding CCME payments, unless from a trusted source.

Please note that CCME will only communicate through E-blasts and emails from the CCME team. If you think you have been contacted by someone who is not from the CCME team, please email ccme@afmc.ca.
